Everything is truly Wagyu in this Michelin award winning entity. You self-order and then they serve your table. It is noticeable that they have regulars ensuring that they are all about customer loyalty. We had the philly steak, salad, and lumpia. The salad was my favorite, it combined chimi-churi with crispy shredded steak that was perfectly complimented with fresh arugula. Best guys in there were so sweet !

Palm Beach Meats is a gem: Florida’s only all-Wagyu butcher shop and fast-casual spot, proudly holding a Michelin Bib Gourmand for outstanding quality at great value. The menu shines with creative, indulgent dishes using premium Wagyu. Highlights included the fried Wagyu bologna sandwich — crispy, melty American cheese, mustard, on toasted bread with house chips: pure comfort elevated to luxury. The Wagyu Bulgogi Bowl was flavorful and satisfying — tender shaved Australian Wagyu in bulgogi sauce, topped with fried egg, kimchi, pickled veggies, and rice. The beef carpaccio salad offered delicate, fresh slices with arugula, shaved Parmesan, and bright accents. Everything highlights the incredible marbling and richness of Wagyu without being overly heavy. Service is friendly and knowledgeable, the space is modern-casual with outdoor seating, and you can grab premium cuts to go. A must for meat lovers seeking something unique and delicious in West Palm.

I actually enjoy their food and love supporting small businesses, but I will only be going to occasionally purchase meat, but I can also highly recommend Easy Meats in Boca for Wagyu. Their service is polite, but to stand and wait over an hour for to go food for 4 is a joke. Watching other people come in and get their food before us is a joke. Waiting an hour for "extra meat" and they literally forgot to give us one of our bags... We checked and were missing half our order and had to go back to get the rest... Not to mention they completely lazed out on the order and did not make the advertised garlic fried rice. No hate to their staff, they were polite and did their best, but until they hire more people and get a larger space, they are worse than butcher shops in Boca that serve no food. Boca charges less for just as high quality wagyu/produce. FOR YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING.

I came here to check it out after already having dinner and decided to get the tallow brownie sundae. This was a fantastic decision as this sundae, while simple in theory was extremely complex in flavor and delicious. The tallow brownie, the local ice cream, and the fish sauce and tallow caramel all complemented each other perfectly. Connie and Jess were amazing and got me excited to come back in the not too distant future.
