I love the doctors and staff here. They always take care of Frankie in the best way possible. As he is a truck driver and his schedule isn't the best, but they always mange to find a way to fit him in.

Palmetto Proactive is truly the best medical clinic I have EVER been to or that I will probably ever go to… I didn’t even think places this good actually existed. The team, the level of care, and feeling like you’re genuinely being cared for like family has been surreal. These are GOOD PEOPLE making a real difference in peoples lives. Dr File deserves 10 stars. I can’t forget to mention how incredibly affordable it is, and how they will take into account your budget when finding the right prescriptions and treatment for you. I am currently in perimenopause. I had heard horror stories of doctors ignoring women’s symptoms and requests for HRT, so I was unsure of what response I’d receive. I have seen Dr. File several times in the past and my experience was always positive. But today he became my hero. I was braced for a fight, but I was met with compassion and understanding. If you are looking for a doctor who listens and is empathetic, look no further than Palmetto Proactive and Dr. Jonathan File. I highly recommend them!

We love this facility! Knowledgeable and understanding staff that will listen to you and your concerns. We utilize this facility for our primary healthcare for work, and it’s been the best experience I’ve had with anything medically related, probably ever. Every visit felt personal, relaxed, and professional. My family and I have always been given answers when necessary and options when available, never pushed in one direction or the other with treatment. I was initially disappointed that they were not open on the weekends, but my previous review was followed up on almost immediately! Not to address the score of my review, but to find out if I was taken care of and found the help my family needed. That’s next level in my opinion. Palmetto Proactive does have an after hours line that doctors can respond to when on call for over the phone discussion and treatment options by the way. Very cool, and very clutch for my family this weekend. Thank you Palmetto Proactive staff!

Dr. Aya-Ay this review is for you. I've been a member for 4 - 5 years I'm not positive. I have solid insurance, that pays for almost anything I need. Yet I still pay for this service. The reason is, I don't think you'll find a better, more caring Dr in this area. Palmetto Pro has changed my life. I was a wreck when I first came. Had severe PTSD, along with several other problems. There was never any judgement, just solutions. Going to places like the VA where they just throw pills at you until one works. They took the time to figure out what your issues are. Work with you to solve them. I will never go anywhere else. Their office staff is prompt in everything they do. If I need refills, I just send them a text. Receive them that day, or the next. They're kind, caring, and listen to everything you say. So the Dr has everything he needs to take care of your concerns. There just isn't a better option out there for a GP. Thank you Palmetto.
