My experience with A1 Bed Bug Exterminator was excellent. We were having major bed bug issues we couldn't get rid of, and they seemed to be the only company we found that rid us of the bed bugs. They we reasonably priced and well very knowledgeable in their field.

A1 Bed Bug Exterminator of Houston saved the day! They were able to quickly identify the bed bug problem and provide a solution. Their team was friendly and professional, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Do the prep, trust the process. You might still see bugs right after the first spray, that’s OKAY. Be patient, they know what to do. These guys are the pest control experts!

We called these guys because our whole family was getting bit, not only did they come right out to take care of the bugs, they even took the time to make sure we were informed of post care to prevent future problems..They worked quickly and were able to answer all of our problems.. I came back from international travels and had a bad run in with bed bugs at our hotel. When we came back home to Houston, my husband and I were understandably paranoid and trying our best to self treat our apartment. I called Evan at A1 to ask him questions about our situation and he graciously answered all my questions thoroughly and followed up with me even after the call ended. Essentially, he told us that the bugs we found in our home were not bed bugs and it was unlikely that they followed us back from our trip with all the precautions we took. In a situation where he, the expert, could have totally taken advantage of very anxious, desperate, and less knowledgeable potential clients, he showed kindness and integrity. We were hesitant to pay for services if we didn’t need it, and it was reassuring to hear from an expert that we likely did not bring a bed bug problem to our home. If you’re on the fence about who to contract for bed bug extermination, I can confidently say that folks at A1 are as honest and knowledgeable as they can get!
