⭐⭐☆☆☆ 2/5 Stars I chose EnviroCon Pest Control based on their excellent reviews and reputation, which is why this experience was disappointing. I called simply looking for a quote on a property that my family has not moved into yet. The representative was polite and gathered all of my information without any issues. However, as the conversation continued, it became clear that the goal was not to provide a quote but to get me signed up for service immediately. When I explained that I was only exploring my options because I already have pest control service with another company that could be transferred, I was questioned about why I wouldn't want to start service right away. My response was simple: I was comparing providers before making a decision. I was then informed that the company only schedules a limited number of appointments per day. I understood and respected that. I even asked if there was an option to pay extra for a property inspection or consultation to accommodate my request, and I was told they would look into it and get back to me. Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up call. What frustrated me most wasn't being told "no." Businesses have scheduling limitations, and I respect that. The issue was the lack of follow-through and communication. A simple, honest response stating that my request could not be accommodated would have been appreciated and would have saved everyone time. Based on my experience, I would encourage potential customers to ask detailed questions upfront and make sure expectations are clearly established. I originally chose EnviroCon over other companies because of their reviews, but after this interaction, I am comfortable staying with my current provider. Customer service doesn't end when the conversation does. Following through on commitments matters.

I had previously used a different pest control company to stop by for an inspection and honestly had a terrible experience. Their inspection felt rushed and incomplete, and right after they tried getting me to sign up for a 3.5k program where they would only come out one time during the year. It felt more like a sales pitch than an actual attempt to help. Thankfully, my experience with Juan was completely different from the start. Juan called before arriving and took the time to explain the entire process while he was on the way. He walked me through exactly what he would be looking for during the inspection, what treatment options made sense, and answered every question honestly without trying to pressure us into anything. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and not just making a sale. The inspection itself was thorough, professional, and very informative. He pointed out things the previous company completely missed and made us feel confident that the job would actually be done right. It’s hard to find honest companies these days, but Juan definitely earned our trust. Highly recommend this company if you want someone knowledgeable, professional, and transparent.

I give EnviroCon Pest Control 5 stars ! If I could give 10 stars I would! Let me start with i called the top 5 company's in my area to compare rates and methods to kill the problem I was having (German roach issue). I for sure started with EnviroCon . The reviews were great. They claim to be pet friendly and safe which was great because I have a dog and kids! The first person I spoke with was name Camille ! She was very friendly and listen to my concerns. One of my concerns were hidden charges or extra add on fees. My second concern was I didnt want just foggers going off in my place. After reassuring me my 4 bedroom 2 full bathroom home would still be the same price Camille sent me a quote. The next day I chose to go with this company ,not the cheapest but not the most expensive. The service was so fast same day just like they said. I was more impressed when they sent Brandon over for the first visit and treatment. Let me tell you he was beyond GREAT. Brandon had the Best customer service. He was very informative! Very helpful! I felt he went beyond his job title to get this done well. Great eye contact. Great at making you feel safe being in your home while I had to leave for 2 hours. He locked the door when he left and made sure to inform me as he was done. When I returned he went above and beyond most as he took time to move my stove and refrigerator out some to get everywhere. As other company's stated they would not do. Also we didnt have to wrap everything up as company's wanted me to have done. EnviroCon uses a treatment that helps prevent German roaches from reproducing not all company's do this. I was very pleased whwn i returned that my home didnt smell horrible as most other company's had warned us. There were no hidden fees or add ons to my quote . Just like Camille had reassured me from the beginning. They do same day just as was stated. Customer service was Excellent both from the front desk and the certified pest controller they sent. Brandon was excellent and I would for sure recommend this company's to anyone needing pest services. I will update again after the second treatment. Thank you EnviroCon Pest control for the Excellent service .Your reviews truly stand to the 5 star rating you have received so many times! Brandon is for sure a keeper EnivroCon ! His customer service was 5 stars alone! We'll worth the money!

Brandon was awesome. He identified the source and type of flies we were dealing with. He was very thorough and we already notice a huge difference! This was our first initial appointment and it was a great experience.

We had a great experience with Joshua. The first time he came to do an inspection he was able to identify issues that were previously missed by other service providers. He answered our questions thoroughly and alleviated all our concerns. He did a great job with follow up as well and we look forward to continuing to work with him.
