I booked GO PEST for a spider spray for my tiny Granny Flat. The service they offer is NOT what is on their website for spider eradication, the only service provided for spiders is spraying skirting boards for a total cost $300.00. I had not prepared my home for this as there is furniture all around the skirting boards….. same as every other household, so this severely limited any spraying. In the two bedrooms, only the entry into these rooms was sprayed, hardly anywhere else throughout the flat. Any communication with the company was through the receptionist/admin person only, the Manager NEVER called me. No refund offered, just a re-spray in which I declined and have re-booked another service after telling them my bad experience. Some good advice, avoid GO PEST and GO ELSEWHERE for your $300.00 spider spray. Totally disappointed and feel foolish for ever having called them. Ps: I still have big spiders.

I have used this company for years and their customer service is exceptional and they have always been able to fit me in on short notice. For years I’ve not had one spider in my house so their service works 100% each time and would not use anyone else. The technicians are lovely and so polite. They are great for termite treatments as well our old home was riddled with termites and we had a barrier put in place and 8 years later still going and never had termites again. Go Pest is a very professional company who is also reasonably priced for their services and always happy to explain what they do.

I had John from Go Pest out today to spray my house for spiders, he was lovely. Right on time and extremely efficient. Go Pest has been wonderful from the booking process to the work done today. I was able to pay by card to the tech as well which is really handy. Very pleased and will definitely use them again.
