Couldn’t recommend more. We recently lost our soul dog and the whole service beginning to end was perfect. I love that it’s appointment only and we never saw anyone else, the farewell room was the perfect way to see him properly for the last time and he was ready to come home so, so quickly despite it being over the Christmas & new year period. I thought we would be waiting weeks and it was just a few days. The extra effort they went to to do extra prints and fur clippings really meant a lot to us. Thankyou so much for taking good care of him

After loosing a big part of our family heavenly pets were fantastic from start to finish, the staff are very helpful and caring. We knew our Oscar was in really good hands. From going to see him at rest to collecting his ashes it was all personal and private no one else around. We had all the time we needed, never felt rushed. I would highly recommend using this company, such a lovely place and brilliant understanding staff they go above and beyond.

Very impressed with the service we are heartbroken with the loss of Ozzy but the family at heavenlypets were very nice and compassionate … the final farewell was made so nice for Ozzy we will always remember that. He looked like a king in the room and that he was, it does provide comfort knowing he was well took care of with so much love and that’s exactly what we needed. Thankyou for taking good gentle care of our very loved Ozzy Woo ❤️ we are happy to have him home with us it all looks beautiful. Forever grateful Dawn & Dylan

Heavenly Pets Private Cremation treated my beloved cat Wilson with such kindness and dignity during an incredibly difficult time. Their compassion, professionalism, and gentle communication brought real comfort when I needed it most. I’m so grateful for the care and respect they showed to Wilson and to me. I truly couldn’t have asked for a more thoughtful experience. Gavin and the team were outstanding and understood every emotion I was feeling, Gavin collected Wilson from his Vets with professionalism and care and kept me informed of what would happen next. After only 2 days Gavin brought Wilson home, this was all done with the respect Wilson and me deserved Outstanding service from Gavin and the team, thank you so much x

I couldn’t recommend Heavenly Pets enough, their service has been brilliant from start to finish. When they picked our dog Dottie up, they were so compassionate and treated her with care and respect. The place is lovely and calming and you could tell they really care about giving all the animals they take in the best possible send off. We got the Casket package and everything that came with it was perfect. I really feel like nothing could’ve been better. Big thanks from us.
