We would highly recommend Seaham Pet Crematorium. Their personalised and professional care they provided our beloved German Shepherd, Jensen was second to none. They were quick and efficient regarding all arrangements and queries I had prior to and during the service they provided. From start to finish they were very compassionate and gave the upmost respect to our dog and ourselves throughout. Jensen's ashes were returned to ourselves in exactly 2 days, which was exactly what we needed and appreciated. They provide a wide range of personal keepsakes to contain your pets ashes, we opted for the gold hearts which are the perfect size for what we needed in addition to the scatter tube. They also offer; nose, paw prints (clay and ink prints), lock of fur, a slate heart with a lovely memorial message written on and some forget me not seeds to plant. Thank you to Dave, Ruth and the rest of your family members and colleagues who were all involved in the process of giving our beloved Jensen a dignified and respectful send off.
The personal service given by Dave and Sue was exactly what I needed…. They arrange to collect Molly from the veterinary practice immediately after she had passed…. helped with choice of urn etc and she was delivered back to us with all individual instructions carried out .. absolutely SO PLEASED we used this local firm …
Seaham Pet Crematorium is ran by extremely compassionate, empathic family. Our Ricky passed away peacefully at home on the night of April 13th, at 19 years old. We have rang first thing in the morning and Sue has talked us through everything and offered to pick him up right there and then. She has agreed to let us bring him in ourselves, as we wanted to give him one final ride in the car which he always very much enjoyed. Sue has given us as much time as we needed to say our final goodbyes at the crematorium, in an enclosed private space. We have gotten Ricky back early next day, along with some keepsakes that we'll treasure forever. He has gotten the dignified end he deserved, and we'd like to thank everyone at Seaham Pet Crematorium for being so compassionate and supporting during one of the hardest times of our lives. Please cherish your pets, and spoil them to no end. They are family members and they pay us back with nothing but unconditional love.
We used Seaham Pet Crematorium for our wonderful boy Fozzy. From our first contact with them they were so understanding. They came to our home to collect Fozzy in the evening which allowed.us time.to say our goodbyes. They were thoughtful.and caring. We had our boy back with us in no time. While I hope noone ever needs the service, when the time comes I recommend fully.
We spoke with seaham pet cremation’s regarding our furry son Marley, they recommend paws at peace to us and let us know how they worked along side them and answered any questions that we had. On 1st feb when we let Marley cross over the rainbow bridge we had Dave come to collect him, he was such a comfort, telling us what would happen with his cremation etc & promised he would look after Marley, thank you Dave for everything you did, even listening to our stories about Marley. We got Marley back 24 hours later, which was so comforting knowing we had him back home. I would recommend this service to everyone.
