The absolute worst service at the pharmacy every single time. You will be on hold for at least 10 mins. One time they put me on hold for 30 minutes and just kept hanging up the phone. Absolutely ridiculous. Didn’t happen once or twice or even three times, it happens ever single time I need my prescription. On top of that, they will say my prescription is ready and once I get there they have nothing ready and don’t even know what I’m talking about when asking for my meds. Worst service ever.
If you can accommodate just go to CVS Pharmacy which is close by. One of the ladies is usually nice but for the most part they are rude and impatient. Less than impressed. Never been an issue with the actual drugs but a few encounters haven't been great.
We have been going here for 24 years. Besides the side show of drunk customers every blue moon it is a very clean well organized location. They are helpful and have a lot of items that you might need to pick up spur of the moment.
This place is awful. I’ve stopped and moved all to HEB. I’ve had missing prescriptions, cancelled prescriptions, told they were available only be told the automatic system was wrong. They are slow and I worry about hygiene. Go somewhere else.
Do not go and do any photos the manager Stephanie is so rude and pictures came out so bad on wood. Set it up on line then online notification said it was ready went to pick it up. Stephanie says it is not ready and I have other things to do. So come back next day. The photos were horrible ask her to redo it she got upset started helping other customers. Then come back a third time and she was no where to be found and left 4 one worst that the other this was for work and I trusted Walgreens but it has gone down service was horrible. Not sure why they have such a lazy manager. While I was waiting other customers rang for help 3 times for help in cosmetics and no one came out I was there 25 min That is bad management. Do not go to this store.
