Writing this as a chronically ill person….this was the best pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. Helped quickly, said it would only take 10 minutes and I think it took even less time than that. Shout out to the blonde dude with the dangly cross earring. 👌
This was the closest 24 hr Walgreens to me and I’m so grateful that there is a 24 hour pharmacy! The staff was kind, patient and understanding and I just want to say thank you! To the woman who helped me. Michelle- an angel!
Top 3 slowest drive-thru of all time. They are open 24hrs bc it takes FOREVER. Not picking up anything else from here.
Another experience of very poor service at this location. A script was called in 3 hours prior to my arrival. As a controlled substance, it needed pharmacist approval. I waited another 20 minutes for her blessing, but she was “preoccupied.” Consistently obstructing the delivery of medical care.
I'm switching my prescriptions from this place, after years of horrible experiences. There is always an extensive and very slow line. It is nearly impossible to speak with anyone on the phone. Multiple times they have lost prescriptions, claimed they never got the prescription, etc. Most recently, I waited in line over 20 minutes, only to be told there were no prescriptions, despite talking to someone on the phone two hours previously, and they said it would be ready in 90 minutes. I also just don't understand how it can take 90 minutes to count 14 pills and put them in a bottle.
