I called Pilates Hive in December and the owner Sylvia answered the phone and was both welcoming and encouraging. I was drawn to the fact that Sylvia had significant connections to the NYC/Fairfield County area where I am from. Based upon her assessment over the phone and what my goals were, we agreed that some private lessons to introduce me to the concept of the Reformer Method would be beneficial. I began my journey with Caroline D., who has been so influential and responsible for assisting me in feeling stronger and healthier. Caroline has been such a positive influence and motivator in my life. We initially began with 3 times per week private sessions, and Caroline then guided and encouraged me to begin group classes. I am currently at Pilates Hive 5 times per week and receive peace, strength and enjoyment while I am there. It is truly a special place, with the most talented and sophisticated instructors. I will miss the studio, the overall feeling that I have when I am there, and the talented and amazing instructors. I am counting the days until I return.

I absolutely LOVE Pilates Hive! I've attended this studio since late 2023 (WOW) and I cannot recommend it enough. When I first attended, I was very new to Pilates; this was my third ever studio and I barely had a grasp on the basics. Sylvia, studio owner and instructor, has been an incredible teacher over the last 2.5 years. I have never felt so strong or so confident in my own skin. Sylvia truly cares about her students and wants to see each and every one of them succeed. She is a blessing in my life and I am forever grateful for her! I recently started attending classes with Caroline, another studio instructor at Pilates Hive, and it has been truly transformative! Caroline has an incredible pace, making her classes feel relaxed, while pushing your strength. I've started to focus on my breathing in class and how that is connected to my workout, and it is making a world of difference. If you are considering this studio, let this be the review that gets you to sign up for your first class!

I first tried reformer Pilates in Los Angeles two decades ago and was instantly captivated. During my search for a studio in Naples, I was fortunate to discover Pilates Hive—it fulfilled all my expectations. Silvia is exceptionally knowledgeable about different movements and maintaining proper technique. She attentively observes every student, making sure each person benefits fully from the workout. I highly recommend Pilates Hive to individuals of all experience levels!

My husband and I have joined the hive. The studio is clean and in great condition. The instructor, Sylvia is fabulous and the workout really is adaptable for all levels. It’s hard and fun. Try it.
