Great experience with Dr Weinstein’s office in Bellaire. The Ella and 43rd not the same. Place not well maintained, stained furniture, walls and floors. It took three months for my shoe inserts to arrived, not 4 weeks as I was promised. Staff not oriented to customer service nor nice to the patients.
Doctor Woodcox-Martin and Jasmine were great! Very prompt and on schedule. They did not try to oversell with unnecessary products and or treatments. Very personable and friendly.
My experience with this doctor has been great overall. We were eager to return for treatment of an ingrown nail because he previously did an amazing job removing one from my son, and the nail grew out perfectly afterward. However, it's unfortunate that the customer service from the front desk or medical billing is lacking. I understand that some people may have issues with insurance, but the way the staff questioned me about the cost of treatment felt a bit like they were asking, "Can you afford it?" I was aware of my deductible and made the appointment accordingly. The questioning from his staff came off as unprofessional, which is disappointing. It's really sad and inconvenient for us to consider looking for another doctor because of this experience.
I had a excellent experience with Dr.Barry, really nice and patient and very honest. And also fast I had a nice conversation with him while he was working on my toenail dint feel no pain at all you will feel a little pinch of course because of the shot but other than that it went smooth. I highly recommend him to be your podiatrist.
