Update: Fourth appointment was 25 minutes late after being told they’re running on time hence revising down to one star. The medical care here is good, and the doctor is helpful and professional. However, the administrative side is incredibly frustrating. Each appointment is consistently late -including 55 minutes for an initial consultation - with a lack of meaningful explanation nor apology from staff. Most recently, after 20 minutes, I was told I would be seen next, only to be told after 35 minutes that another person is ahead of me and that the doctor is performing a procure. The check in process is very inefficient. Before arrival, you are forced to complete a lengthy online form that includes targeted advertising based on your medical responses, which feels intrusive. The process upon arrival is equally frustrating. Once eventually directed to a room, nursing staff ask for the purpose of the visit and a summary of previous appointments, only for the doctor to walk in and repeat the exact same questions. This is a pointless exercise and adds to delays. While the clinical care is solid, the poor scheduling and redundant processes are a significant waste of time. Unless you have a very flexible schedule, be prepared for a long wait.

We scheduled our appointment week before and they were I’m coming from Austin Texas 3 hours drive and I do have another appointment at 2 pm back to back . Check in at 12:15 and they put me in room for 1.5 hours. Very rude staff , walk away from appointments after asking couple time how many hours I have to wait.

Dr. Maria was so thorough and so patient with all of my questions, she instilled great confidence in her ability to address my medical issues This is two weeks after my surgery look at how good it has healed. No pain. Lots of gain

I searched for a good hand dr for months and I found Dr Lopez OMG excellent Dr took my pain away in my hands. He really cares and took the time to explain to me what was going on. While there I hit the double jackpot cause he recommended the foot Dr there and she is amazing as well. I’m having surgery on my feet next month. Getting my hands and feet back on track at one office. I highly recommend Dr R Lopez (hand) and Dr M Buitrago (foot) doctors at this office..
