I wanted to share my experience so others can be aware before making an appointment. My husband and I went to this foot doctor’s office on Monday as self-pay patients since we did not have insurance. We were told the visit would cost $250 just to see the doctor, which already seemed high, but we were willing to pay. However, when we asked what the additional costs would be if the doctor needed to perform any services during the visit, we were told they could not provide even a rough estimate and that we would simply receive a bill afterward. That was concerning because, as a patient, you should have some idea of what you may be charged for before agreeing to services. Being told that additional charges could be added and that we would just have to wait for a surprise bill in the mail did not feel transparent. Because we could not get clear answers about pricing, we decided not to move forward with seeing the doctor. The office did reimburse the $250, and we received a receipt confirming the reimbursement since no services were provided. However, the next day I received an email stating that I owed $250, which directly contradicted the receipt I had received. I attempted to contact the corporate number listed in the email, but I was unable to reach anyone. I also contacted the office, and they were unable to get in touch with the billing department/corporate office either. This experience left me feeling frustrated and concerned about the lack of communication and transparency. I am sharing this review so others can ask questions, understand the billing process, and be fully aware of potential costs before receiving services.

I had such an amazing experience at the Houstonian. I was greeted by Bemly, she walked me through and explained with such knowledge. She’s amazing! Such amazing bed side manners, I felt so comfortable.. I walked in with a swollen, bruised ankle. She did the laser treatment, explained the process and how it works and the improvement I will see. I felt the improvement of circulation and pain relief within minutes. She provided information for after care. I walked out feeling amazing after walking around with all that pain. I would highly recommend the Houstonian to anyone having ankle and foot issues. It’s the best! Huge thank you Bemly who took care of me . Schedule your appointment! I hope you get Bemly as your attendant, she made the experience a 1,000 times better!

Dr. Sabeti and her team on our first visit today was incredible. You can tell that this team truly loves what they do. As a provider myself, it was beautiful to see the attention and care not only that the doctor provided, but her assistant as well. Everyone explained everything well, treatment options and alternatives represented, and it was easy to understand. It was easy to ask the team questions and not feel judgment. I would highly recommend This provider for anyone, but especially who have anxiety when it comes to medical appointments.

You know the feeling of visiting an old friend who reminds you of the person you really are? (In a good way, haha) That's what it's like choosing Dr. Sabeti's office! I've been going there for years and it's always a wonderful experience. She's an EXPERT in her field, truly passionate about her work, and one of the kindest, most genuine people you'll ever meet. I'm lucky I found her and you'll be too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! :)

Dr. Elnaz Sabeti is amazing. She’s knowledgeable, kind, and really takes her time with her patients. I always feel heard and never rushed during my appointments. She’s very gentle and thorough during procedures, and patient when answering questions. She explains everything clearly and makes you feel comfortable and confident in your treatment. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great podiatrist!
