Came here for an ingrown toenail surgery and have been harassed by the billing department for double billing multiple times now. The first time I came in the office tried to charge me a second time, even though I had already prepaid. I had to go back-and-forth with them several times until they realize their mistake and then just told me to quietly sit down instead of acknowledging it. Now I’m being harassed by their billing company for a bill that I don’t actually owe because they can’t keep their records straight.

My experience at this clinic has been very positive. They are always on time, which is great. The clinic is super clean, staff is very friendly and attentive, the check in is easy and quick. Rose is always friendly and efficient as well. Finally, I also appreciate the doctor’s approach to my treatment and her kindness.

Dear Dr. Nisar, I had an appointment today Monday Oct 20th at 3:30 pm on the afternoon. I got off work at 3:00 pm and start traveling towards your office and once I got to I-10 and beltway 8 there was the traffic. I called in your office to let them know that I would be 5-10 minutes late due to the traffic that I was facing, during the conversation with your secretary I was getting closer to the office building and the time was 3:35 PM. The secretary apologized by saying unfortunately you were going to have to reschedule your appointment for another day, but I said "I'm already about to get in the parking lot" . Secretary said "sorry sir you're going to have to reschedule. I said"please I got off work early to be on time for this appointment, please I'm already here. Inconveniently 10 minutes would not push to reschedule after half an hour drive, I believe that was not fair at all.

Dr. Nisar and the staff were exceptionally kind, they took all measures to make sure I was comfortable during my entire procedure. They provided clear care instructions, a quick follow up and overall a great experience. Very grateful she was able to care for me!

All of the staff were very nice and helpful. Dr Nisar took care of my split toenail very efficiently. I was especially grateful that she was very patient about answering all of my questions about maintenance for my toenails—fungus and trimming issues.
