Very knowledgeable about his job and professional and answers all your questions you ask him.
Dr. Rossi Gomez was excellent. He ordered X-Rays before I got to the appointment. When he saw me, he had the X-Rays at hand and was able to tell me what needed to be done. Bad thing is, I have to wait 3 weeks for my foot to hopefully, stop hurting. It hurts a great deal. I need an ultrasound before Dr. Gomez can do anything about it. Why have no other doctor tell me that I might have a cyst or fluid? I have been dealing with a deformed foot for 15 years.
"Thank you to you and your staff for your kindness and professionalism. I felt completely at ease throughout my visit".
I saw Dr Gomez last February for corns. He did a great job removing the corns but I later got a bill for $627 for 2 minutes worth of what my insurance calls surgery but refuses to cover. I reached out to Kelsey's business office and my emails go unanswered. At first, they checked the codes they submitted to my insurance and said they were correct and they offered me a discount if I pay in full. I responded and said it is not fair to pay $627 for 2 minutes worth of "surgery" especially since 3 other doctors I saw for the same issue only charged me for a regular visit and did the exact same thing that Dr Gomez did but Kelsey stopped responding to my emails. I wished I could give the doctor 5 stars but the treatment I am getting from Kelsey is ZERO stars.
After an unsatisfying visit to an urgent care center with what I assumed was a foreign object in my foot, with no relief in pain and a diagnosis of bone spurs. I made an appointment with Dr. Gomez the following day and he looked at x-rays and discovered that there was no metal or wood in my foot. Not giving up, he prodded the affected area and removed an unidentified small object, which was the cause of the pain (not a bone spur) and I have been pain free for 2 days now. I am forever grateful, and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone.
