This is t he 2nd remodel we had Houston Cool Pool do for us. Knowing your choosing a company thats been around for a long while and stands behind there workmanship is what made it easy to choose Houston Cool Pool again..Along with this and past remodel, we have used them to replace some equipment. ( Heater, pump, salt cell, and valves) . I would highly recommend them for any remodel. Miguel did a wonderful job on managing our project too!
Chris Davis is an awesome pool cleaner. He’s thorough and advises me of any necessary changes needed. Very good communication skills. My pools stays beautiful.
HCP did an incredible job on our pool! They are an incredible company to do business with. They had great reviews and had a fair price. The owner, Mike Lopez, was always accessible throughout the entire process. Our designer, Mike Chatelain, was able to make the vision we had and turn it into reality. Miguel Sosa did a great job as the project manager by always informing us as to which step was next and always kept us in the loop. Sarah Moore on the back end has been incredible with the pool start-up process and with answering all if our questions as a first time pool owner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to go through the pool building journey. If you choose HCP as your pool builder, you won't regret it.
With us being customers who were ready to pay and install, we could have selected 1 of over 100 pool companies out there. However, we took our time and researched customer feedback and reviews, as well as how we were treated with our first contact with a company. I must say that Jake Bryant was spot on with customer service from our very first conversation with him. His attention to detail and being able to bring to life on the screen of what our "vision" was of what we expected the final product to look like was unmatchable. We could not be happier with our raised wall pool and amazing pergola. Miguel commented that in his may years at HCP, he doesn't recall doing a raised wall pool. We love the modern look and the overall aesthetics with the look it provides. HCP transformed our backyard from a muddy, overgrown weed, unwelcoming yard to this beautiful oasis that looks like you have walked into a resort. We had excellent and professional customer service from all the subcontractors who were on-site throughout the project. Thank you Jake, Miguel, Mike, Sarah, Cassidy and Martha. Byron, Miguel and the whole team were professional, efficient, and attentive throughout the project. They made the process easy and finished ahead of schedule. We couldn't be happier with final outcome, our pool is beautiful. We truly appreciated Byron and Mike taking our 11 year old daughters drawing and making it come to life. This was very encouraging and further fueled her desire to become an engineer.
