We couldn't be happier with our new screen porch. Charlie and his crew delivered really quality work at a fair price. Our project was challenging because the porch was constructed to replace a second-level deck, so there were a lot of challenges to work through. We also had some really specific ideas on materials and construction—any input we brought to Precision was met with either a can-do attitude or thoughtful feedback on alternate solutions to get the results we wanted. The work is beautiful and Charlie communicated well whenever there were issues to work through. Highly recommended!

Charlie and crew did a fabulous job with a full gut renovation of our guest bathroom. Charlie was very responsive and would get back to us quickly about any concerns, even after hours and on weekends. The work was great and it was impressive how close the original estimate was to the final cost. Charlie was able to anticipate issues behind the walls, which was great considering the bathroom hadn’t been touched in decades. There were no surprises or inaccurate representations to get us in the door, which was much appreciated. If you’re looking to have any home renovation done, definitely give Precision a shot and you won’t be disappointed.

Precision Carpentry did a fantastic job building a wraparound porch for us. Mark Sutherland did the design. Charlie Dietrich and his crew made it come alive. Very pleased with the craftsmanship and quality. Since then Charlie did a major remodel and additions to another property we own. Highly recommend Precision Carpentry for your building needs.

Precision did an amazing job on our master bathroom. I would highly recommend them for any remodeling work. Charlie was very helpful in talking through our design choices and recommending how to maximize the space and laid out several options depending on our budget. We felt like we were in control of the process, but had the guidance of a team with a lot of experience to make sure we made good decisions. All of the work was done professionally, to exacting standards, and on schedule. If there was any type of delay due to material back-orders, Charlie was very communicative to us about when to expect the next steps to take place. When subcontractors were needed, it was clear that they were chosen with the same level of attention to detail and focus on quality; their work was outstanding as well. Charlie and the Precision Carpentry team made our house brand new!! We bought our home with plans to have it remodeled while we still lived out of state. From the moment we met Charlie during our consultation, we knew we were putting our trust in the right company. Charlie was very communicative, honest, accommodating and very helpful during our renovation. He really took care of our home as it was his own. Without the Precision Carpentry team, we wouldn’t be enjoying our beautiful new home today. For context, Charlie and team replaced all of our exterior siding, removed interior walls to enlarge the kitchen, installed new light fixtures/ceiling fans/can lighting, replaced all windows, refinished our hardwood floor, replaced carpet and old tile with LVP, replaced all stair treads with LVP, installed new plumbing and fixtures in our bathroom, replaced our front door, and not to mention helped us design and create new custom cabinetry and an island for our kitchen - including installing all appliances, counter tops and vent hoods! I would not hesitate in using Precision Carpentry. We look forward to working with them again for our next project!
