I reached out to the company who replaced my roof 2 years ago multiple times. After months and months of calling and rescheduling, they finally came out to assess the damages and told me they would get back to me with a quote. I called numerous times and they have yet to return my call, and that quote they were supposed to send me, must have been lost in the mail because I have yet to receive it either. My attention was to repair the roof but after speaking with the Rep and him explaining why a new roof is necessary vs repairs; I trusted his analysis and professionalism and got a new roof.
