It's never fun to step through the hoops of GP mental health plans and appointment waitlists, but the Care for your Mind team have felt like a cheer squad from the very first phone call. They've helped me find alternative services to get my boxes ticked sooner, they've been flexible and kind and supportive to my needs before I even had an appointment. Now I go regularly and my therapist is just the same honest, kind and supportive. I have been going less than a year and it's the best choice I ever made. I have learnt so much. I can't recommend this team more. And for my trans and queer family - they're actually inclusive and supportive. They walk the walk ❤️
