I hired this company to do a move-in cleaning before we arrived from out of state. The whole reason I hired a cleaning service was for the convenience of walking into a clean home before our moving truck arrived. Unfortunately, as soon as I walked in, I was extremely disappointed. It honestly felt like the cleaning service never showed up. The countertops were still dirty—which I felt were the bare minimum that should’ve been done, I simply wiped my hand across them and it came away with dirt. There were still cobwebs in several corners, dust on the light switches, and the inside track of the sliding glass door still had dirt and bugs in it. The window tracks were also dirty, although I was later told those weren't included in the service. Even so, I felt the inside sliding door track should have been wiped down since it's clearly visible and part of the living space. I reached out to the company with photos, and I do appreciate that she responded quickly and sent the team back out to address my concerns. That level of customer service was appreciated. As we've continued unpacking, I discovered the inside of the oven was never cleaned either. Overall, I was disappointed, especially considering the cost of the service. I hired a move-in cleaning to make moving less stressful, but instead it added more inconvenience and left me cleaning areas myself after we had already moved in. While I appreciate the owner's willingness to respond and send the team back, the initial quality of the cleaning did not meet my expectations for a professional move-in cleaning.

We hired Purely Cleaning Solutions for a post-renovation clean and they did an excellent job. Anyone who has done renovation work knows how much dust gets everywhere, and their team handled it incredibly well. They were very thorough with the floors, surfaces, and all the small details that are easy to miss after construction. The house honestly felt completely refreshed once they finished. I’d definitely recommend Purely Cleaning Solutions if you need a deep clean or post-construction cleaning.

Update: Purely Solutions did a deep cleaning of my house the Monday before Christmas. Weliton and Larissa worked from 8:30am to 5:30pm and did a great job. We are very happy with the results. Today I used the Purely Solutions pressure washing service. Weliton did a great job and the price was reasonable. See before and after pictures. Our deck was very dirty. Next week they are deep cleaning the house. They came highly recommended by my neighbor. I'm looking forward to a clean house for the holidays 😊

Had a great experience with Purely Cleaning Solution. The cleaning team was very efficient and did a wonderful job getting the house cleaned. Was very impressed with how detailed they were in cleaning all aspects of the house. Best cleaners I have ever had. I highly recommend this company!

Gina, with Purely Cleaning Solutions, was fantastic. They quoted a fair and reasonable price, and it stayed with it. No upcharging, once the workers got there, which sometimes happens. They did clean the entire 1,500 sq ft townhome from floor and baseboards to ceiling and ceiling fans and carpet shampooing in a reasonable amount of time. If you're looking for anyone to do a great job deep cleaning Purely Cleaning Solutions is for you. I was not paid or compensated to make this review.
