Queen Nails always treats their customers so well! The employees are incredibly sweet, welcoming, and kind. Hannah is the nail tech who always does my fills, and she is absolutely amazing. She always brings any design or look you want to life perfectly, and her work is beautiful every time. She’s also very efficient, so you never feel like you’re there forever. I definitely love coming here and highly recommend this place!

Best pedicure I’ve ever had in terms of thoroughness! 10/10 would recommend. The basic service included scrubbing, a hot towel, and a hot stone massage 🥹 I’ll absolutely be back. The salon is very clean, relaxing, and they even offer water, which is rare. Such an easy and great experience!
Waited over 30 minutes with my feet in water and no explanation. That alone is poor service. Then I explicitly told the tech no buffing — twice. He ignored it both times and kept going until I physically pulled my feet away. This isn’t a misunderstanding. It’s ignoring a client and doing whatever you want. Over-buffing damages nails, and ignoring direct request is not ok
I went in to get a manicure and a pedicure and it started off shaky. First off the communication is lousy. The lack of English from all employees should be addressed. Maybe hire someone who speaks Spanish and English. After the initial poor intro the technician was very rough tried to do everything on one foot with it only soaking for about 60 seconds. She drew blood and did not say a thing just kept working. A pedicure is supposed to be relaxing but theirs is torture. Me and my family will never be back it happened to my wife and daughter also.
