Needed a new HVAC contractor as my previous company is no longer around. Real AC came highly recommended to us and the end result was nothing short of outstanding. The first appointment with them was for maintenance. The technician discovered lots of mold growth in my air handler (should have been noted and resolved by previous company...this was not quick growth). This mold was obviously not good for our health. We were given an extremely fair estimate for the scope of the job. Wally, our technician, came back on a day that was convenient for us and worked his butt off. The air handler, and our HVAC system, haven't been this healthy in the 5 years we've lived in this home :) :) THANK YOU!
Very professional and left the work area clean even moved furniture out-of-the-way to start the install. Very happy with their service. Would definitely use them again.
