I had a very positive experience with Kim McCarty. She was a referral and first visited us in in December and we put the house on the market the following March. She was prepared with the comps of what other houses sold in the neighborhood and arrived early enough to also drive around the neighborhood. She told us what she thought the house would sell for. She did not tell us an amount that was unrealistic to get our business. She accurately advised us what we could strategically spruce up, priced the house accurately and recommended staging. DFW has many areas for people to choose from. It’s a tough market March-April 2026, but she got the house listed, sold and closed in 23 days. I did not live in a high end area either. She was always available by text or phone, and was prompt in her return calls, and if you want your house sold in this competitive market quickly, you need to choose her!
