I began my assignment at Enchanted Rock on June 16. When I started, I was placed on first shift, although I had originally been hired for second shift. At no point did anyone communicate to me when I would be transitioning to second shift. When I asked about the possibility of remaining on first shift, I was informed that I was actually supposed to begin working second shift that same day. Since this had never been communicated to me, I simply reported to second shift the following day without issue, completed my shift, and left work around 2:00 a.m. After I got home, I received a text from my recruiter, Jared, asking me to call him. During that call, he informed me that Enchanted Rock had decided to end my assignment because I had asked about staying on first shift, and that my question had “rubbed the managers the wrong way.” I am still confused by how the situation was handled. My intention was never to cause any issues—I was simply seeking clarification about my schedule after receiving conflicting information. Since then, I have reached out to Jared several times to ask whether I am still eligible to work through Aerotek and whether I could be considered for another assignment. Unfortunately, I have not received a response, which is why I decided to contact you directly. From the moment I was presented with this opportunity, I completed every requirement promptly and made every effort to be professional and dependable. Being told my assignment was ending without a clear explanation or any opportunity to discuss the situation has been disappointing. Since then I’ve reached out Aerotek multiple times and have heard nothing back, I honestly believe this had to be race related because the same day another person was fired for inquiring about going to Electrical . They handled this so unprofessional, I never worked for a company like this! Complete waste of my time and money . Reached out to the Senior manager also and no response!

Great Agency definitely one to refer to a friend. They are professional, move fast and set you up with a new job fast and according to your skills. Dakota was great, she was very helpful and very responsive with my questions. Definitely recommend talking to her if you can.

I had a great experience with my recruiter Dakota. It's important to remember to answer all questions honestly. That value of service I received was considerable, and communication went well both ways. I would use again.

I wish I could give a 0 star review. Went through the interview and onboarding process. Passed the drug test and giving a start date. Went through the company orientation and started. Only for HR to walk up to me in the middle of on site training and told me my background check failed and then got sent home with no follow up. I’ve used aerotek for years and was extremely disappointed with the way they handled the situation. I will never use them again
