I’m highly disappointed in Burnett Staffing. I have applied to numerous positions through your website that I was more than qualified for based on the listed requirements and qualifications, yet I have never received any communication or follow-up from anyone on your team. I have also reached out directly multiple times and was completely ignored with no response or assistance whatsoever. It’s extremely frustrating to spend time applying for positions that appear to not actually be hiring or actively reviewing candidates. Professional communication and transparency go a long way, and unfortunately that has not been my experience with your company at all. Job seekers deserve basic respect, acknowledgment, and honest hiring practices.

I’m not sure what happened but what a disappointment and waste of time and resources. I applied for a direct hire position and had a teams meeting with Patsy J. Patsy was initially very outgoing, friendly, energetic, and just overall fantastic. She asked if I’d like to interview with the company and celebrated when I said yes (should have been a red flag.) I interviewed with the company, the guy I interviewed with said he’d love to hire me on the spot but had to go through the agency. Several days passed and I didn’t hear anything from anyone. Finally, Patsy called and said that the company had concerns that I was overqualified for the position and they were concerned that I’d get bored and make mistakes (what the hell is that?) I told Patsy that I was still very interested in the job. She said she’d call the company back. I’ve been completely ghosted since then. Patsy doesn’t seem to be interested in returning emails, text messages, or phone calls, what a waste of time.
