My husband and I had a very disappointing experience with this staffing agency. From the moment we stepped in, the front desk gave us attitude and didn’t even smile. We drove more than 45 minutes to the office, and when we arrived, the recruiter didn’t properly invite us to sit at a table for the interview. The recruiter my husband spoke with was extremely unprofessional and rude. My husband has a slight language barrier, and I tried to help translate for him, but she told me I was interrupting the conversation. She pressured my husband to answer questions without giving him time to respond and didn’t clearly explain the job duties. She only mentioned the demands of the position and asked if he could handle them. She also said they work primarily with warehouse companies, and if he couldn’t do it, he wouldn’t qualify during the 2–5 minute test performance. The recruiter didn’t even allow my husband to discuss his professional experience. Communication was poor, and we felt completely undervalued as candidates. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for support in their job search.
