**PLS BEWARE – Complete Waste of Time** I am writing to share my experience with Spectris Staffing, and unfortunately, it has been extremely disappointing. I initially applied in January and was assured that my background would not be an issue, which I appreciated. I was also told by a recruiter, Ms. Ivette, that there were immediate positions available. Based on those assurances, I decided to move forward and invest my time. I attended my interview the very next day, completed a drug screening (which I passed), and was informed that a position was available to start shortly after. I was told the role required steel-toe boots and that I would receive a call later that day with further instructions. I clearly communicated to Ms. Ivette that I did not yet have the required boots but was willing to obtain them. Despite this, I was still placed for the position, which resulted in me missing the opportunity due to not having the proper equipment at the time. Once I obtained the steel-toe boots, I promptly informed the agency and was told I would be given priority for the next available assignment. However, it has now been two months, and I have yet to receive any job placement. I have consistently communicated that I have reliable transportation and am ready to work in the Houston area, but these factors have seemingly been ignored. I have made repeated efforts, including weekly follow-ups, simply asking for any available work. While Patricia initially appeared professional and understanding after taking over my file, communication became inconsistent, and I was repeatedly told I was a “priority” without any results. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this agency to anyone seeking timely employment. If you are looking for work, be aware that you may be left waiting without clear communication or follow-through.

I received a called from Gisselle that she seen my resume through indeed, she was interviewing me and asking all these types of questions that my resume already had the answer. Then she asked if I had a car not no neighbors or Ubers when I directly told her I do have my own transportation, then she went on if I had an active case or warrant I told her no and she asked for my birthday because they only hire certain ages, but then changed it and said it was to run my background after all this she put me on hold for 8 mins she came and said that I needed to be bilingual because they only hired Spanish speaking only. She sounded like she didn’t know what she was doing, wasted my time on the phone with her just so she can say I can’t even have an interview.

A big shout out to Mrs.Patricia the best recruiter. She helped me get a great job. The amazing thing about this is that I had an interview with her yesterday and today I was offered the position she found for me. So grateful.

They are not professional. They offer you a job and then never call you back. I've tried to contact this agency to find out if I'll get the job, and they just tell me I'm on a waiting list. You have to be Hispanic, otherwise they won't give you a job.
