What an awesome Removalist company.What we thought was going a horrendous day was made easier and non stressful by this couple.They were very friendly , respectful and polite to us & caring , careful with all items , packed boxes & furniture.A Very hard working couple that never stopped or wasted time.I would reccomend them to anyone anytime.They had a great sized truck and plenty of packing blankets with them which they used to ensure everything was kept safe and free from scratching or getting broken.We thank you very very much A & J for your amazing service. Very reasonable price best in Maryborough & District. Cheers from Dulcie for the ,smooth for us , move for Beverley from Carrick Street to her New Address.

We recently used Koala Care Furniture Removalists for a move from Ballarat to Castlemaine, and it was hands down the best moving experience we’ve had. from the first contact to the final unload, the team was professional, reliable, and easy to deal with. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and took exceptional care with all our furniture, including fragile & heavy items. Nothing was damaged, and everything was placed exactly where we wanted it. What really stood out was their attention to detail and how stress-free they made the whole process. The Koala Care crew were great to deal with. Communication, pricing transparency, arrived on time and attention to detail for our move in the Victorian Goldfields region. Great care was taken with everything being carefully loaded with clean padding and secured in the truck. A really professional team. I would absolutely call Koala Care Removalists for any future moves.

I moved house from Hepburn Springs to Ballarat recently and can only say it was the best moving house I have ever experienced! I was looking for a removalist to take my furniture and a friend recommended Koala Care saying they had a perfect move with Jodie and Alex and would recommend them highly. They are so professional and Alex put my mind to rest from the moment I asked him about using their service. Nothing was damaged or broken in the move either. I had an excellent experience with this removalist team. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with all my belongings. They arrived on time, worked quickly without cutting corners, and handled everything with real care and respect. They made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and organised. Their charges were also very reasonable as compared to other removalists around Bendigo. I’m genuinely grateful for the great job they did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy removalists.
