Had the lamb rump special with steamed rice/ chinese broccoli for a main and the karage chicken for an entree between two. All absolutely amazing! Lamb was super tender and curry sauce incrediblely tasty. Friendly staff. Nice cosy but mordern feel. Highly reccommend!
The dishes were beautifully presented, with well-balanced Asian fusion flavours throughout. You can really feel the care and thought the chef puts into every plate. The price is excellent for the quality of food you get, and the service was great-friendly and attentive. We tried the grilled chicken, pork belly, calamari, fried noodles, and finished with the cendol pannacotta for dessert. The ambiance is warm and cozy, making it a very enjoyable dining experience.
Dining at Kawan did not disappoint. Food was excellent. We ordered the ceviche, skewers, and drunken noodles— each superb on its own. Would definitely go back and bring friends along.
Five stars on all fronts. Friendly and attentive service, absolutely delicious food. We had the roasted cauliflower yellow curry, the crying tiger and the green papaya salad. It was honestly amazing. Beautiful flavours. We can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu! I recommend booking a table - it was full. Congratulations to the chef and owner. They’ve done a brilliant job.
A small restaurant with big flavours! We ordered the king prawn in spicy broth n were impressed that the broth contained prawn stock n spices - delicious and a must order! The beef rendang was tender. Service is warm & friendly. Reservations absolutely required as they are so popular & busy and I can see/taste why!
