We visited for brunch with family and had a wonderful experience. The food was full of authentic flavours—chole bhature, Amritsari kulcha thali, dahi bhalla, aloo tikki chaat, and garlic naan were all delicious and well-prepared. The Afghani champ as a starter was the best we’ve tried in the area. The masala tea was especially rich and flavourful. The customer service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Highly recommended for a satisfying meal.
Had an absolutely delicious meal at Tassie Dhaba this evening. Hubby had chicken tikka massala paired with a Kingfisher beer and I had butter chicken. For a starter we had onion bhajis. Everything was beautifully presented and the flavours/spices were perfect! We can highly recommend Tassie Dhaba! The staff were all amazing too! Service was fantastic! Hubby says it's one of the best curries he has had in Australia! 11/10!

The service by Nav, Anil and all other staff was warm, attentive and made us feel very welcome. The ambience was lovely — a perfect combination of comfort and elegance, making it a great place for a relaxed family dinner. Every dish we tried was full of flavour, and the overall experience was outstanding. Highly recommend Tassie Dhaba for anyone looking for great Indian food, excellent service and a beautiful dining atmosphere. We will definitely be back!
We were looking for Indian restaurants in Hobart and found this gem of a place. Nice and spacious seating arrangement, great customer service, tasty food. We thoroughly enjoyed dining here. We were so hungry and food was so good that we could not click more pics 😀😋
The atmosphere of this place was really nice. I just ordered Amritsari kulcha, which was delicious, and the staff was so friendly. I recommend it to those who want good Punjabi food.
