We recently completed a major home renovation with Riggs Custom Builders and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From our very first meeting with Jacob Riggs, who designed the project beautifully to the final walk through, every thing went smoothly. Our project manager, Caleb and Alex, who was also a big part of the process, were outstanding. They were thoughtful, honest and always on time. Caleb was available when there was a question or a need and was quick to give recommendations that not only kept our project on track and budget but also produced a result that we love. Can't tell you how often they brought the words "above and beyond" to mind. Every sub contractor did excellent work as well. We lived in the house through most of the renovation and the everyone went out of their way to keep us comfortable and minimize disruption. We genuinely enjoyed having them around. The final result exceeded our expectations. Couldn't ask for more from start to finish! Thank you to the entire Riggs team for taking great care of our home and our family!

Jacob Riggs has built a 5 star construction company with excellent employees (we worked with Ashley & Brian as well). We employed Riggs to build a covered patio/ weatherproof enclosure off of our sunroom. While we weren't sure exactly what we wanted, they worked with us to make it absolutely amazing. I now have an outdoor area to entertain year-round. Brian J. was our project manager, and we could not have asked for a more attentive manager for the project. He was very prompt and patient in answering our questions, and he truly made us feel like we were his only clients. He came over daily to oversee the progress of the project and was always on top of the workers ensuring the work was not only complete, but quality work. Each time he checked in with us to see if we had any questions or concerns. What we especially loved about Riggs was that if an issue arose, they took care of it immediately and took full responsibility for making sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. Each of its subcontractors was excellent and at all times they were professional, kind, and respectful of our home. What's more is that several of our neighbors who are retired contractors came by the site during construction and were incredibly complimentary of the work throughout the build. I have and will continue to recommend them to my family and friends. Such a wonderful experience!

We used Riggs Custom Builders for a recent kitchen remodel and were so impressed with them every step of the way. We are a little insane and chose to renovate our kitchen with 3 young kids (and live at home for the second half of the project), and they did everything possible to make the process as painless as possible for our family. Ashelyn was amazing with the design and selection process. Our project managers, Steven and Stuart, had clear communication with us, meticulous attention to detail, and made sure everything was completed in a timely manner. We knew what to expect each and every day, which we were always so thankful for. We loved working with Riggs and LOVE how everything turned out! We will be recommending them to everyone we know!

When our home suffered severe damage during Hurricane Helene, Riggs Custom Builders was instrumental in our reconstruction project. From day one, they approached our situation with kindness and expertise. They listened to our concerns, assisted us in negotiations with our insurance provider to ensure coverage for our loss, helped us plan and design home improvements to be completed alongside our reconstruction, and provided masterful craftsmanship every step of the way.
