We had a great experience working with Robert Holmes in general and Tiffiny Peppiatt in particular in letting out our house. Tiffiny was extremely proactive and her speed of responses to our questions is super fast. All in all, it was a very seamless process thanks to Tiffiny !
When moving to London from abroad, we met once with Tiffiny for our initial house viewing. Her house recommendation was spot on and we rented the first house we visited. Tiffiny was professional, punctual, helpful and a very good communicator. She ensured that our tenancy paperwork was in order in a smooth and efficient process. It was made very clear to us what was required from us and the agency delivered on their promises too. In all, we were very happy with the original move in process and now that we live in the house, we have also been very satisfied with how quickly issues are dealt and resolved.
Tiffiny, based in the Coombe office, rented our property out. She was professional and dedicated from the first minute to beyond check-out. She knows the SW London market inside out and was able to find and secure a tenant from the get go. She always dealt with any issue immediately looking to satisfy both landlord and tenant and was always happy to give advice. Moreover, she did all this with great humour, calmness and responsiveness.
We found that Robert Holmes Lettings (Coombe office) were pleasant to deal with and responded quickly and effectively to our requests. Our first experience of renting in many, many years was free of frustrations and inconvenience as a result and we are sure our landlord also felt their interests were being properly looked after.
We don’t typically do much in terms of service reviews but in the case of Harry Williams at Robert Holmes we will make an exception. Harry was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout, without trying to push us into a property to hit sales targets he instead got to know our situation and worked with us to find the perfect property. What we expected to be a stressful experience was pretty painless - and that makes a change for anyone moving home!! Cheers !
