This was a delightful restaurant which was suggested to us by friends. Great food, excellent wine and full of ambiance. How the owner interacted with me the way I joke around, brought laughter and joy to our table. My wife had a fish dish she still talks about and I enjoyed a veal osobucco. One of my favorites dishes and this was made to perfection. I’m not a regular posting these kinds of credits, but this place deserve 5 Stars and will welcome your visit for sure. Thank you.

Rustico is authentic Italian! It's a small, intimate restaurant with great atmosphere, a welcoming vibe and excellent cuisine. Nino, the owner, is so warm and welcoming and makes you feel like family. We were there to celebrate an anniversary, and as soon as Nino heard that, he made some great recommendations, and he personally waited on us, often coming over and checking to see that everything was perfect. We had the Melanzana (eggplant) Parmigiana as an appetizer, and Pappardelle Bolognese as the entre, with a great bottle of Cab. Amazing dinner! I felt like I was back in Firenze, Italy last year. If you want some great authentic Italian cuisine and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend Rustico Italiano Ristorante. And I hope you get to meet Nino!

My husband & I had a wonderful dinner at Rustico. We arrived 35 minutes before the restaurant opened, but the owner warmly greeted us and seated us without issue. The food was excellent, fresh, flavorful & beautifully presented. We shared an appetizer of lobster stuffed calamari & both had the red snapper special. My husband also had a side of homemade spaghetti. Everything was so delicious! We don’t usually order dessert but when they brought the dessert tray over it looked so good we couldn’t resist. My husband enjoyed the chocolate mousse & I loved the tiramisu. Not an inexpensive meal, but the quality & service were 5 star. We look forward to returning.

Rustico is “America meets Italy”. From the moment you walk thru the door you are greeted by the owner Nino who pleasantly embraces your presence with a warm & inviting attitude. The place is “lovely & charming”. ….Beyond the atmosphere…… The food was outstanding & simply delicious, everything we ordered was cooked to perfection & it was truly a wonderful culinary experience. The wine that was recommended was amazing and complimented our choices . We look so forward to going back ! Highly recommend reservations to this incredible restaurant , This is a hidden gem . By the way, I would have given it 10 stars if I could & I do not give stars unless it really is incredible, & indeed it was !! so happy we found you !!!! Bravo Rustico Bravo Nino !!!!

A small Italian restaurant in Lake Worth. It’s pretty quaint so I don’t know how large of parties they can accommodate for. Better for a more intimate dinner. Came here with the family and enjoyed everything we ordered, although we did have a strange experience. The waiter accidentally brought an incorrect entree out for my brother in law. Instead of immediately replacing it with what he originally ordered, our waiter insisted for him to keep the mistake saying he’ll enjoy it more. Us being polite obliged awkwardly. I then thought his original order would come out shortly thereafter, but no, they never fixed their mistake, and also charged us for it. This didn’t sit right with us, so we haven’t returned. This place was also extremely overpriced.
