Luigi was a wonderful driver during our trip to Naples! He shuttled us from Naples to Herculaneum and back then to Pompeii and to the train station. Not only was he incredibly attentive and professional, he was able to find a gluten free pizza restaurant for a family member! An absolute gem and this service (and Luigi!) made our trip! 100/10 recommend!

A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I do not recommend it. We booked a 2-hour guided tour of Pompeii with an official guide for $170 dollars for 3 people, not including the entrance fee (which costs an additional €25). Upon arriving in Pompeii, we asked our assigned guide, Rosa, if we could visit the Villa of the Mysteries. She said yes, that we had until 7:00 PM, so we bought the ticket that included the city, even though it was more expensive. During the tour, which started at 1:30 PM, she rushed us through all the sites, without even waiting for us to stop and take photos. Then, at 3:00 PM, she told us we had to go to the Villa of the Mysteries because the last entry was at 3:30 PM, and she dropped us off at the entrance at 3:15 PM. So the tour, which was supposed to last two hours, ended up being an hour and 45 minutes, rushed, and without even visiting some important sites within the ruins (which she told us to visit later, but on our own). We were annoyed that the guide didn't know the opening hours and gave us bad advice, because if she had known we wouldn't make it, we wouldn't have bought the ticket to the Villa of Mysteries. Unfortunately, we were completely dissatisfied, since it's not cheap, and I would have preferred the audio guide. Furthermore, it's unbelievable that the guide then confronted me on WhatsApp, questioning me instead of saying, "I'm sorry, it was my mistake." Besides, it was her mistake not knowing the updated schedule. I think that, as a guide, she should know these things better than the tourists. Finally, I never received an apology from the guide, only questioning and reprimanding.

When we went to the lobby outside our hotel for the pick up, we were pleasantly surprised at the nice Mercedes Sedan car waiting for us, it looked new and the interior was nice. We feel like premium VIPs riding around in his luxury Mercedes sedan. Vito is a fantastic charming Italian guide, full of conversation, gesture and humor and warmth, we could feel his passion shining through!!! He can even sing to his Neapolitan tunes, which really livened up the mood! He was keen in sharing about the whole history and culture of Naples and the places we were going, and always patient to wait for us when we were late to the meeting points. His driving is perfect as well, no problems with the traffic or other vehicles, perfect driving. His English is very good, we understood each other totally throughout the 10 hours journey to Ravello, Amalfi Coast, Positano and he even offered to send us to Sorrento for free, of his own goodwill, that kind of dedication is exemplary. (I tipped him well to compensate for his time in the end, I think he totally deserved it!!) If your touring in Naples, Positano, Amalfi, Sorrento, ONLY GO WITH VITO. You will have the most wonderful tour of your life!!

The best Amalfi Coast tour service that I've ever experienced in my life. Thanks to Vito, I discovered the beauties of the Coast that I didn't think existed and that I didn't find in my web search. I recommend it to everybody.

Vito and Veronica are the best tour guides in Amalfi coast. Not only there but in Napoli, Rome, Pompeii as well. They're very nice and helpfull, make you feel like home.
