This place is awesome. Beautiful landscaping on the property, well kept, with lighting everywhere. Literally could’ve stayed at the hotel for our two day stay, enjoyed the scenery, and meditated. Staff was friendly, yoga in the morning was great. Rooms are clean and updated. We had the whole place to ourselves at night because it’s not season I guess. Probably busier in the winter. Perfect wedding venue if you’re into that kind of thing. Organic foods in the restaurant that’s grown on the property. Feels secluded but it’s actually in downtown Bonita. Oh and a full service spa. Boom. Definitely going back.

Great brunch, try to sit out on the patio, it can get a bit loud with larger parties inside. Beautiful plating. All the food was excellent. I would have them peel the kiwis. Skip the Berry tea and just get normal iced tea. The Berry was kind of too subtle to appreciate. Will be back and on the patio.

Very disappointed in my second stay at this hotel. The front desk was rude to us when a request was made for a needed bed sheet change after the first night, the bed head board was full of dust and their lawn crew arrived Friday morning before 8 a.m. which woke us up. I have called multiple times to speak with the hotel manager, Lee, who I am told is very busy. Apparently he is so busy he is unable to return a phone call to a customer who keeps the hotel in business. Really appalling customer service from this boutique hotel that should make their customer service a priority. I paid $250/night and got a better room and service from the chain hotel that I paid $60 for an additional night stay that I needed in the area.

My partner got us a room here for Valentines day night this year. The room was remodeled and was very comfortable and modern including the bathroom. We even had our own brick patio outside our room in the back. The whole place was beautiful, quiet, peaceful and had a very romantic, vintage feel. The staff was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Attended a wedding this past weekend. The kitchen refused to provide us with water… they wouldn’t allow us to refill the water dispenser. So the family had to go purchase water for the guests. Thousands of dollars for the use of the venue and the family is running to purchase water?! The venue itself is very nice, really pretty. The lady in charge needs to reset her perspective on customer service.
