After dealing with issues caused by another solar company, finding Florida Solar Design Group was such a relief. They came in and fixed a situation that had been stressful and frustrating for us, and they truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. From the beginning, they were honest, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what was wrong, what needed to be fixed, and made sure everything was handled correctly. Their communication was excellent, and you could tell they genuinely cared about helping us rather than just making a sale. The team was responsive, respectful, and committed to making things right. Florida Solar Design Group just completed the installation of our second home solar power system. We were so happy with the installation, support and performance of our homes solar system that we had them do it again when we moved to a new home. Knowing that you have reliable power when the power grid goes down, like during a hurricane, is very important to us. Our original system was completed a few weeks before Ian roared through town. Not only did we have stable power, but we were able to share some with our neighbors. As another hurricane season gets underway, we are very thankful to have a Florida Solar Design Group system installed and operating. Best backup plan you can have! Thanks Florida Solar Design Group!

GOOD REVIEW ALERT! I don’t have enough words to thank Florida Solar Design Group, only good things about them, from the owner, Jason, the office lady Susan and the technician that performed the repairs. On a world with a lot of negative stories about solar panels, this business has stood up to help homeowners like me that the solar installer went out of business, leaving me without labor warranty. Not only that, they found multiple poor workmanship practices, that caused the system to failed prematurely. Florida Solar Design are affordable, they understand our situation and genuinely help. If your solar installer went out of business and you are having issues, make sure to call them to have a reliable and guaranteed fix of your system. Thank so much!
