I would like to share my experience with GoSolar My system was installed about three months ago. I was looking for a backup system in case we loose power. My first thought was a generator. After checking out the cost and constant upkeep not to mention the noise it would create with weekly running to make sure the battery stays charged, I decided on going Solar. After checking with a few companies I chose GoSolar. A great move on my part. I was in the sales business for twenty five years and have met all sorts of sales representatives. Kenneth Hornsby is in my opinion a breath of fresh air in the area of customer service. Ken explained the solar process from when the material would be delivered to when installation would take place. ( 3 days) Ken was present during and after the installation and explained how to monitor the system on my Cell phone. The fresh air part is the follow up after the installation to make sure I was able to understand how to monitor and make sure all systems are operating correctly. Since the October installation we lost power three times due to the several times we encountered high winds. The battery back up system engaged with barely a flicker of the lights. If you plan to go solar check with the local providers, but above all make sure you call Kenneth Hornsby before making a final decision. YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED. Marty Hepworth, Bonita Springs
