I have continued to have problems with my Pool Heater after being repaired two times Recently. I called and Bob the owner came out the next morning . He is professional and did an extensive evaluation of all the different parts of the heater . l highly recommend his company gulf coast pool service.
From ordering to installation, the new pool heat pump was installed within 4 days! Steve the sales rep answered all our questions the week before. Steve the installer was very efficient. He had the old unit out and the new unit in 3 hours. He was friendly , knowledgeable and courteous!
Awesome! Steve was wonderful and very informative. He explained the products and the process in a simple and very friendly manner. Steve answered all my questions and I extremely enjoyed talking with him through out the process. Very reliable! Fast! Affordable! Very trustworthy and I was extremely comfortable and pleased with the entire process!! My family is enjoying our heated pool and I am ecstatic with the low price on the reconditioned heat pump!! I bought a refurbished Pentair Heat pump, Pool heater. The purchase and installation was seamless.Steve was great! Very responsive to text messages always had the answers to the questions I was asking. The best thing about this purchase was unlike everyone else in Florida, Steve wanted no money upfront! He did not ask to be paid until the unit was up and running! I highly recommend!
I had an Aquacal heater that died. I got the the Built Right and I love it! It is quieter, stronger, easier to use and works better honestly. The installation was done well. I am happy to say no issues. I also see a decrease in my electric bill on a stronger unit. Thank you Steve!
