I thank their Tech for his honesty. He discovered that I had totally shredded ductwork that needed attention, before they could do insulation! A less honest company could have just covered it up with insulation! I didn't get the insulation, but, I got the Attic Solar Fan installed, which was part of my plan. They got it done 1,2,3 and it was painless! Good job! Thank you.
We were very impressed with the team that did the work at our home. They were very professional about doing quality work and made sure I was satisfied with their work at the end of the job. They also did a very thorough job of cleaning up the few pieces of insulation left on the floor after the blown in process was completed. We highly recommend Koala insulation company, they did really great work.

Great company--efficient, on-time, excellent communication, workmanship and best, their clean-up after job completion. All aspects from their initial communication thru end of project, really unbelievable. Many contractors start out with good intentions, but don't follow through. Koala excelled in all especially in the quality and materials used on our insulation. Should need to hire in future, would not hesitate. I had issue, they came to rescue--over-and-above. Thanks.
After we contacted the company about installation in our attic, there was constant communication from scheduling the estimate to final installation. It all happened within a week from our first call. Crew was polite and cleaned up when the job was completed. Thank you for your professionalism.
