Alex Rodriguez lie to me about the system he sold to me. He promise that 1 Tesla Battery would be able to run my AC system. I spend over 50k and now I have to buy another battery, and spend another 15k.
This company is amazing! From beginning to end the process was painless and they walk you through every step of way. My Sales Rep, Omar, is great as well! Any time I had any questions, and I had a ton, he would answer them quickly and effectively! And he would always check in once a step towards completion was finalized . I recommend this company as they have been phenomenal with my transition to solar panels!
If I could give it a no star I would , they are all talk offering money for referral to then ignore you and not pay you , they pocket your money the solar panels they offer you don’t save you anything and they will sweet talk you into getting them. It’s alll False advertising.and for me it’s been two years and haven’t heard anything .
I never thought that I would be open to installing solar panels in my new home and saying yes to this wonderful investment. Steven was able to educate me and patiently answer my many questions. It was reassuring to see how the they all work as a team to take care of the cutomers. Panels are installed and am soon to get the inspection to then start enjoying the solar energy! I can't wait! Everything happened very quickly and I feel that even after activation I will have Steven and the Solar Panel FL family available to assist if ever needed. Go solar!
worst company you could ever delt with. they offered 100 percent offset it's not true. they are scams and terrible customer service. not sure where they get all 5 stars in google reviews. But be aware it's been months trying to get a hold of someone to figured out why I am paying two bills until now I can't get an answer. please don't leave a review until you get 2- or three-months bill after installation you will regret it. I am still getting a full bill from Fpl plus also paying for the solar Panels.
