had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this salon today. The employee who attended me, Nikki, was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout my pedicure appointment. She placed a towel on my feet that was unbearably hot and painful, and instead of showing concern, she continued treating me with a disrespectful attitude. What affected me the most was the way she spoke to me. She gave instructions in a condescending tone, as if I were a child, and even told me not to look at my phone in a very impolite manner. I became so nervous and overwhelmed by the situation that I actually started crying, because I have never been treated this way before in a business. I have visited this salon before, and the only people who have treated me kindly and professionally were another woman whose name I unfortunately do not know, and a Latina employee who was very respectful and welcoming. Sadly, my experience with the rest of the staff has not been the same. Customer service and professionalism are extremely important, and clients deserve to be treated with respect, especially because customers are the reason a business continues to operate. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the way customers are treated in the future.

Best manicure I’ve had EVER. Ainireh painted my nails the smoothest I’ve EVER had. She took her time and it was worth it, no bubbles, PERFECTION. I had her remove my powder dip, just wanted a break and was nervous I wouldn’t like it but she did such an amazing job and perfectly shaped my natural nails. I couldn’t be happier.

The first time I went here was great. I saw a gentleman who did my nails quick and efficiently and they looked beautiful (I wish I had a picture) but I returned for a fill and got the most RUDE and distracted lady ever. She drilled the base of my nails so thin they are still burning today (the day after) and made most my cuticles bleed then blamed me for picking at them and them being too dry. Maybe try not drilling them till you hit blood! The nails are not even, they have weird lumps in them and are SO thick. If you do try this salon ask for a guy and not the lady at station 6!

I have gone to this salon on and off for a while and always had great service. Recently I was seen by Nicky and she did such an amazing job with my nails. I love the simple and classy style which she understood as soon as I told her what I liked. But it was her attention to detail and how often she made sure I was happy with every way she articulated my nails. To me it was like, “Finally someone listens to me” type of moment. She’s highly recommended and she’s great to talk to while I’m there.
