It has been 2 years and I haven’t been able to contact anyone - really disappointed not only with customer service but overall quality of the product! There is no other option but to go legal with this company! Paying double bills during this time is just not right! We were told multiple lies at the purchase which it is really hard not to be frustrated!

Worst experience ever. This company is really good at selling but horrible when it comes to resolve issues. Been receiving double bills since the installments of the panels, and nobody cares. Everything I made a complaint I received a call from Sunshine and all the blame is on me. Recently I asked Windmar to do study on the panels and they told me to contact Sunshine (the sales company). Now I been calling and emailing and haven’t been able to reach no one. It’s been 9 months and I’m still paying double bills. Also I’m still waiting for Mrs. Hernandez to contact me.

Please don't fall for B.S. as I did. If it sounds too good to be true, it's because it AINT!!!! These salespeople are so smart, friendly, and kind. Just super lovely. Oh! they just LOVE new out-of-state people to move in... They know you are bombarded with SO MUCH going on in your head. It's a great opportunity to brainwash anyone. If you get your panels during the winter season, know they will not generate energy as there isn't much sun to charge them. You'll be stuck paying the bank and the energy company. If you do receive a check from Sunshine Renewable Energy as I did, "to pay the 1st 12 months of bank's monthly payments, take a very GOOD & CAREFUL at your payment agreement/schedule because that check pretty much covers interest only lol! I received a $1,680 check "to cover my 1st year of payments". Now, after almost a year I signed the contract and life is a bit calmer, I can clearly see the SCAM. Out of the $1,680 check Sunshine company gave me, only $154.08 will be applied to my principal balance! By the way, the Tax FED CREDIT they keep mentioning, it's true alright. Nonetheless, they somehow FAILED to mention you will receive it in several parts. In my case, I am due a $11,000 Fed Solar Credit. However, I only qualify for $2,011 on last year's taxes. The credit balance does transfer over to the following year(s) and so on until you receive your entire "$11,000" Fed credit. Yet, the bank is expecting a 30% payment from me in Jan 2025 ($11,049.36) to keep my monthly payments low. How the HECK, am I going to come up with that amount?!! If I can't make additional payments to the principal balance, it'll take me a minimum of 5 years to receive my "$11,000" total Fed credit. In the meantime, I must continue paying the bank and the electric company if the panels do not generate enough energy. This summer I will see if the "rollover energy" is true or not. These salespeople know ALL of this but, they won't tell you. I'm a single mom struggling. The stress and pressure this has made me feel is NOT okay. However, I am used to stress/pressure. You know what pressure creates? DIAMONDS! I will be stronger and tell these salespeople "NOT INTERESTED, BYE-I DON'T EVER WANT TO SEE YOU AROND MY HOUSE!"

This is the worst company ever they're easy in brainwash you to buy their solar panels, but you can never get them on the phone. They just want the money and they don't care about customer service.
