Stephanie Nile has repeatedly created such a truly outstanding Aerial Yoga experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable. She is very patient-never rushing, and is always there to lend a hand to perfect each pose and transition. Her kindness creates a comfortable learning environment, and her consistently positive attitude makes each session enjoyable and motivating. I highly recommend her class to anyone looking for an instructor who not only truly knows the art but genuinely cares about her students' success.

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 13 years and needed to find a place in the Fort Myers area while I was visiting. I was happy to find the Shiva yoga shala. Everybody is so friendly and warm. It’s a beautiful clean studio and I took a vinyasa flow class level 2 and it was challenging. My legs were shaking. I love challenging classes! I would go back in a heartbeat! Nick was excellent.

So many good things to say I don’t know where to start. I am visiting from out of town so I called a couple of times for information and the woman that answered (apologies for forgetting her name) was so very kind and patient. When I got there the teacher, Kyle, was at the door welcoming students to class. The space was beautiful. I love the way they have their lights and decor. The Heated Power Vinyasa Level II was exactly what the description said it was. There was such an amazing energy in the room. It was a fantastic blend of students that were dialed in and deeply focused on their practice while others were very playful. It was fun but not frivolous. I appreciated Kyle for doing such a good job of cueing movements to breath and guiding a flow that was challenging while still very calming and rejuvenating. I highly recommend Shiva Yoga Shala. If you’re new, or just visiting for a while, get the New Student deal. I wish I had more time to take in more classes.

Amazing flows and variety of styles amongst instructors. It's very clearly a community yoga studio and I loved that! The family feel is amazing. Also took the beginner aerial class and Stephanie was such an encouraging and patient instructor. The staff here make the experience 10/10.

Join the studio! Best hot yoga sessions in town. Blair and Kyle are amazing! MVPs!! Blair’s Wednesday night class is truly one of the best yoga experiences I’ve had in my life 🙏🏼🫶🏼
