As a realtor with Compass in Houston, Frontier Title Galleria is my go to every single time. I confidently refer all of my sellers to them because I know they will be taken care of, and they always are. Laura Locastro Ogburn and her team Angela Hunt, Sally, and Erin are truly incredible. They make every client feel welcomed, valued, and honestly like a million bucks the moment we walk in. Angela does an amazing job as escrow officer, explaining everything clearly and creating such a positive and comfortable environment. They all make me look like a rockstar in front of my clients, which I really appreciate. What really stands out is how available and supportive they are. Anytime I have a question or need guidance, they are quick to respond and always willing to help. Laura is on top of everything and keeps each transaction running smoothly from start to finish. I recently closed on my own personal home and of course I used Frontier Title. The entire experience was seamless, and I felt completely comfortable reaching out to Laura and her team with any questions or concerns along the way. I have been using Frontier Title for years and they have never let me down. I will continue to refer them without hesitation. Honestly, they are just good people and it’s refreshing to be around them!!!!!!

My experience with Frontier Title Company was extremely disappointing and left me questioning the level of diligence applied to my closing transaction. When I purchased my home, Frontier Title's estimate of the 2025 property taxes was off by approximately $3,000. For most homeowners, a $3,000 discrepancy is not a rounding error or minor oversight. It is a significant mistake that can materially affect closing decisions and financial planning. What made the situation even more frustrating was the response after the error was discovered. At closing, I was advised to reach back out if there was a substantial difference in the tax figures. When I later did exactly that, I was essentially told that resolving the issue was my responsibility and that I should work it out directly with the seller. There was no apparent effort to investigate how such a large error occurred, assist in resolving the matter, or take any meaningful ownership of the problem. Consumers rely on title companies because they are supposed to bring expertise, accuracy, and professionalism to one of the largest financial transactions of their lives. A company entrusted with preparing closing figures should not be off by thousands of dollars on a property tax estimate and then wash its hands of the situation once the transaction is complete. Mistakes happen, but accountability matters. What disappointed me most was not just the magnitude of the error, but the unwillingness to help address the consequences of it. I expected far more from a company that presents itself as a professional and reputable title provider.
