Never disappointed when I close here! I've worked with each closing team and they are all phenomenal. Special recognition to Taylor Holly and his team for accommodating me while I was in Singapore. Time difference and distance did not get in the way of excellent service and getting the job done early. I recently closed on two properties with this company at the second closing. I noticed the paperwork was not correct and pointed it out to Claudia and asked her to change it before the buyer got there. She did not do as I ask her to do and when I showed up after the holiday weekend to pick up my paperwork, it was incorrect. I asked her again to correct the paperwork to show the correct percentage amount. It’s been four days still Claudia has yet to change the paperwork because she pushed the deal through. After I asked her to change the paperwork, she had plenty of time before the buyer showed up to get the correct paperwork together she completely ignored what I told her and had zero regard for me as a client to fix the paperwork
Absolutely the best title company I've worked with. Always go above and beyond to help my clients. North Star Title efficiently navigated a complication caused by the buyer's agent's inexperience on closing day. That might have been a deal breaker, but it was resolved and we were able to close. Glad Gloria convinced me to switch.
