This title company is exceptional. Damian and his team are truly top-notch. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond have been incredibly helpful throughout every transaction. One thing that really sets them apart is their availability. They seem to work realtor hours, which is rare and greatly appreciated in our industry. Damian and team were absolutely wonderful to work with to close on a house. Both he and Katherine consistently responded to questions/e-mails promptly and immediately confirmed receipt of money. Everything was very straightforward during close with all of the paperwork prepared ahead of time and clear explanations for any questions. Post-close, we’ve had a few questions but Damian and team step up and continue to support. Highly recommended!

Horrible title company, I sent them a termination notice for my purchase contract, and even though I did it during the option period, they refused to refund my earnest money because the seller would not release the funds, Damian even refused to follow the state requirements for a title company to perform, if you can't trust a title company to follow the law, they are unethical. Also, even more concerning is that they seem to be confused about the difference between an ABA number and routing numbers, one is for ACH and the other is for wire transfers. They requested my bank's ABA to send a wire!
