I’ve had an outstanding experience working with WFG National Title Company. Their team is professional, responsive, and extremely detail-oriented, making every transaction smooth and stress-free. Communication was always clear and timely, and they consistently stayed ahead of deadlines, which is critical in real estate deals. I especially want to recognize Mallory Smith, the Escrow Associate, who was absolutely amazing throughout the process. She was knowledgeable, proactive, and incredibly organized. Mallory went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled correctly and efficiently, and she made herself readily available to answer questions and provide updates. Her level of service truly sets the standard. I highly recommend WFG National Title Company and Mallory to anyone looking for a reliable and professional title and escrow team.

The worst title company I have ever dealt with. I had to search county documents myself, that were readily available online from the county where the property was located. I had to argue several times with the escrow officer about issues that should have been resolved by the title company. Closing documents were poorly prepared with numerous spelling errors and incorrect dates. After the notary left, WFG called back to say the forgot to include a document and I had to change my schedule to accommodate an additional signing after the first round in the morning. I have bought and sold several properties in the last 30 years and never had to deal with a title company as unprofessional as this one. I would avoid using this title company if at all possible.

Extremely unprofessional closing experience. This was by far the worst seller closing experience I’ve ever had. After signing all documents and handing over the keys to my home, I received no clear communication, no finalized documents, and no confirmation of when funds would be wired. I had to chase answers myself through my agent via text message — not directly from the title company — which is unacceptable for a real estate transaction involving six figures. The wire was delayed without explanation. When information finally surfaced, I learned after the fact that funds were withheld due to a tax issue that was never clearly communicated to me prior to closing, nor explained at signing. Even worse, the final wired amount differed from the amount I originally signed off on, apparently due to internal oversight that no one caught the first time. Key issues: 1. Zero proactive communication 2. No timely delivery of signed closing documents 3. Funds wired a day later (a different amount than I was originally told to expect) with no formal explanation or reconciliation provided upfront I should never have had to spend an entire day wondering where my money was after legally transferring ownership of my home. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is shocking for a title company. I would strongly caution sellers to think twice before trusting them with a transaction this important.

If I could give more stars I would. This Team went above and beyond to help close our 5 month multi state loan. So many moving piece and Erica was a complete pro and a gem! I drove over an hour one way to get to this office and I would do it again and again. Thank you for making the last leg of this almost impossible journey seem less and pain free! 10 stars!!!!

In attempting to close on a property with Monica Montez one of the "Best in their company" she has been unbearable to deal with for myself and my realtor -Unresponsive -Unreliable -Unprofessional If I ever need a property with her again I'd sooner skip town and be homeless If you have to work with this company ask for someone who cares about you and their job NOT Monica Montez
