Dereje might be the best in the world at what he does. Unbelievable service. I presented what I thought would be a "mission impossible" job to him - towing my son's car, which is lowered (~2 inches of clearance) and parked in a driveway with a steep slope. Dereje spent incredible time and patience, inching the car on and off the lift at times - about 2.5 hours in total. The end result? Not a scratch on the car. Very reasonable price for a challenging job. Dereje - thank you, you're amazing at the work you do!

Mamo was a life saver on a really rough day. He was very professional and was able to get to me very fast. Once he was there, I felt safe and comfortable, not only with myself but my car. I texted him giving him details he texted me back with a price bam done. He takes pictures when it’s on the flatbed and when he drops it off. Just a really good experience. I’ve used Jackson county tow before and they were over priced and super rude. If I need a tow again I will definitely be calling him. Thank you again.

I called and the guy who answered was very friendly and helpful, I asked for an estimate which he was happy to give me and the price wasn’t bad! As he was setting the car up to be towed he took extra precautions so that no mishaps would happen which I really appreciate!! Dereje was such a helpful person definitely deserves a raise!!!
