Our furniture was ordered and we haven’t received it yet, but I wouldn’t wait to rave on the superb customer service we experienced while in store. After a full weekend of furniture shopping, we hesitated to make one more stop - SO glad we did! Not only did they beat any price we had found all weekend, their entire team’z kindness, expertise, as well as support (and not harassment) helped us confidently make a decision that best fit our family’s needs and financial situation. Thankful for our experience. Highly recommend to anyone in the market for furniture.
My husband and I were very satisfied with our overall experience at Unclaimed Furniture. Dennis delivered exceptional service as soon as we arrived. He asked us what we had in mind, and not more than five seconds after informing him about what we were seeking, he pointed us towards the ideal couch for our home! No fluff. No hovering over us. He gave us all the important information and time to ourselves! We returned the following day, this time seeking a different configuration of the same couch. Dennis was able to order exactly what we wanted. He did not disappoint us! Also, Brandy assisted us during the checkout process. She was extremely nice and very informative! We will definitely come back thanks to the variety of furniture and the service from Dennis and Brandy
We love all the selections this store has. They carry a lot of the same brands as Ashley at least with a 15 to 20 percent price cut. Great customer service as well. Didn’t feel pushed into add ons.
Unclaimed furniture is a great place to buy furniture!! They have lots of choices (maybe too many....🥴makes it hard to decide lol) The staff (all of them) are wonderful. Dillon was great to work with and Robert helped alot too!! They were very patient while I looked and very helpful with my questions. I am so pleased with my rocker/recliner!! I highly recommend this furniture company and their products. Great selection and GREAT PRICES TOO!!!
Dennis cut me a great deal on a bedroom set! After going to 5 other furniture places it was nice to find quality furniture I liked and more importantly could afford. The protection plan also offers additional benfits I have not seen before. I will definately be returning here in the future
