Jade was so nice and such a great colorist. Been to her a few times now, for short hair. Asked for a more natural black and she nailed it. Emily was very nice too and did a great job on my brows making them look natural. The bed was soft and heated too. It was the best waxing and tinting experience I’ve seen anywhere have.

I’ve had a couple of great massages with Sam. I initially booked a 30-minute session to target chronic low back pain that was exacerbated by some fielwork and she really listened and focused exactly where I needed. I had noticeable relief for several days afterward. Ive since returned for a full-body massage after a week of fieldwork, and again she took the time to understand my concerns and focus on my low back and hands. I left feeling significantly better. Sam is attentive, skilled, and very effective. I would recommend booking with her.

I had the most relaxing birthday at Urban Nirvana on Woodruff Rd. I had a Wild Lime Blossom massage with Denise, and I’m pretty sure she unlocked muscles I didn’t even know I had. At one point I think my soul left my body. Absolute magic. The scalp massage was *chefs kiss*. She took her time and sent me to another world of relaxation. Then I had a classic facial with Ashley who somehow made my skin feel like it got promoted. I walked in looking like a tired mom of three and walked out looking like I drink water, mind my business, and get 8 hours of sleep (none of which are true). The heating pad on my sore hands was the cherry on top of my glowing skin. 10/10 recommend. Can it be my birthday everyday?

FIRST time here. Loved this massage! Grace was amazing. Locker rooms great. They provide most of what you need to shower after! Giving 4 starts because of the lady (short brown hair/blue eyes) at the end checking me out. She asked me for a debit card to pay for my massage. It was booked by my husband with his debit card information that was put in during booking. When I asked if we could just use that debit card on file (of course the one day I forget my wallet.) she gets a weird attitude and said “okay yeah we prefer a physical card” (I know it’s frustrating that someone doesn’t have what is usually needed but I was genuinely sorry and trying to find a solution) I said “okay I can call him and ask for numbers” she proceeds to ignore what I just said and kinda just stare at me then her computer with an awkward pause and says “I’ll do it this time but next time we definitely need a physical card” again this was my first time and I wasn’t the one who booked it. I just didn’t like being talked to in a smart tone. I’m just a mom getting her first ever massage I don’t know how this works. I apologized and walked away after it was over with but she made me feel stupid and felt uneasy. Experience 9/10! They were great just the one lady at the end kinda killed my mood when I was in my flow state leaving here. Going to try the downtown location next time. Hoping to have a better end to everything. 🙁

This was my first time here to get a 90 minute massage, and let me tell you!!! Denise is SO good at her craft! It’s like she knew my body and exactly what to focus on. Her technique was excellent, and she took her time to work out my problem areas. You can tell she’s seasoned and has been doing this a long time. The ambiance was nice and comfortable. Go treat yourself with Denise!
